Anyone can photograph two hundred people. The reason large shoots take weeks to come back is everything either side of the shutter: matching names to faces, splitting files into folders, and chasing the ones who never got their link. We built a system that does those parts.
They scan, we shoot
A QR code on the way in takes thirty seconds and replaces the clipboard. No queue admin, no spelling names into a laptop, no one waiting while somebody finds their form.
Every frame finds its owner
Photos are matched to the right person automatically from the moment of capture, so nobody sorts thousands of images by hand afterwards — which is where the days and the mistakes normally go.
One private gallery each
Everybody gets their own link and access code. They see their photos and only theirs, which matters when the subjects are students, children or staff.
Ready in days, not weeks
Retouched, delivered and downloadable while the event is still being talked about. Plain backgrounds for LinkedIn are built in, so a headshot is usable the moment it lands.
Built for people who have to answer for it afterwards
Every person gets a private gallery and sees only their own photos. Nothing is posted publicly, nothing is shared by default, and galleries close on a date you choose. When the subjects are students or staff, that is usually the first question asked and the one that decides it.
