How Online Galleries Work: Downloading Your Photos

Every gallery we deliver, whether it is a school cohort, a sports club or a formal night, works the same way: private, code-protected and built for a lot of people needing their own photos fast.

Getting in

Each gallery has its own access code, generated when we set it up — there is no public directory of galleries and no way to browse into one you were not given the code for. Head to the gallery login with your code to get in.

Finding your photos

Inside, photos are grouped and searchable so you are not scrolling through hundreds of unrelated images to find your child, your team or yourself. Full-resolution images are only ever served through short-lived, signed links generated at the moment you view or download — the underlying files are never publicly accessible.

Downloading

• Download a single photo at a time, at full resolution
• Or download the whole set at once as a zip file
• Galleries can be set to expire, so access is not open-ended forever

This is the same delivery mechanism whether we are photographing a school, a sports club, a formal or a corporate event — only the access code and the group of photos behind it change.
