Booking Your Shoot: From Enquiry to Delivery Day

Whether you are booking individual portraits for a primary school, team photos for a sports club, a full formal night, or headshots for a head office, the process behind the scenes is largely the same. Here is what to expect once you get in touch.

Step 1: Tell us what you need

Every booking starts with an enquiry. Tell us your vertical — school, sports club, formal or corporate and event — along with your date, headcount and location. We use this to work out crew size, timing and equipment before we ever confirm a booking.

Step 2: Shoot day

On the day, our team works to a schedule built around your timetable, not the other way around — whether that is rotating classes through a portrait set-up, covering a match from first whistle to full time, or running arrivals photography as guests walk in the door.

Step 3: Delivery

Photos are uploaded to a private online gallery, protected by an access code specific to your school, team or event. From there, individuals or the whole group can browse, download and order — no chasing USB drives or waiting on a shared drive link.

• Galleries can be time-limited, so nothing sits open indefinitely
