Setting up for volume

A single, consistent set-up — one backdrop, one lighting rig, one camera position — means every headshot matches the last, whether staff are photographed at 9am or 4pm. We fix the set-up before the first person sits down and do not move it during the day, so there is nothing to recalibrate between subjects.

Keeping the office running

• A booked time-slot roster, so staff are not queuing at their desks
• A two-to-three-minute turnaround per person once someone is in the chair
• A quiet space near, but not in the middle of, the main office floor

Delivery

Finished headshots are delivered to a private online gallery — the same system covered in how our galleries work — so staff can download their own image directly, in the sizes they need for LinkedIn, email signatures or an internal directory, without HR fielding individual file requests.
